Research & Development
The R&D Department focuses on engineering innovations to improve existing products and to lead the development of new products and features. R&D projects can have significant impact and influence on future brewers, portion packs, and manufacturing processes.
As a member of the R&D Department, You will work in our laboratory to ideate, prototype and test core technologies that impact every part of Keurig ecosystem.
You will participate in brainstorming sessions, build and test system or subsystem designs, and be part of a team that provides recommendations on future technologies.
What you must have:
Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program, majoring in mechanical engineering
Must be in strong academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above
Ability to analyze and solve problems creatively
Strong engineering dynamics and thermodynamics classwork.
3D CAD Skills (Solidworks etc.)
Able to work in a laboratory type environment and familiar with standard tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written and verbal abilities
